    Schupfnudeln made by Settele – now sustainably packaged

    Swabian Spätzle, Maultaschen and other pasta creations are “truly dear to the heart” of the family-run business Settele located in Neu-Ulm. This has been joined by a new passion, namely for recyclable packaging solutions that offer the same functionality as conventional packaging when it comes to protecting and presenting products. It is a passion the company shares with its customers, retailers and consumers – and with the film manufacturer SÜDPACK. During several months of development work, the previous flow pack packaging for one of their best sellers, Buabaspitzle, was replaced with a recyclable, PP-based concept. The aim now in the months ahead is to gradually make the entire range sustainable.
